Terms of service.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Brimkit application and website ("Brimkit", "we"). By subscribing to or using Brimkit you agree to them. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. The licence

An active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Brimkit on Apple hardware you own or control, for commercial or personal work, for as long as the subscription remains active. A subscription covers one person, with monthly shoot allowances per your plan; unused shoots do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.

3. Your content and outputs

4. Generation and shoots

Generation runs through BRIMLOCK, Brimkit's own generation system, which may execute on managed third-party compute. A shoot is one garment and up to five frames. Plans include a monthly shoot allowance; top-up credits never expire and are drawn only after the month's allowance is used. Compute availability can vary; a shoot interrupted by an outage is not counted against your allowance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Brimkit to produce imagery of identifiable real people without their consent; casting a digital twin of a real person requires that person's consent, which you are responsible for holding. You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated imagery as photographs of a real person where that is prohibited, or to produce unlawful content, and not to attempt to defeat Brimkit's safeguards against unconsented likeness.

6. Billing, cancellation, refunds

7. Software

Brimkit is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability and quality gates, but we do not warrant that every generated frame will be acceptable for your purpose; generation engines are probabilistic systems. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
